1. No sound / image?
* Check the power supply wire is connected or not;
* Check the power supply is turned on or not;
* Please confirm whether the audio, vedio or RGB connection is correct;
* Please Check if the inputs and output interfaces are connected correctly;
* Please Check whether the aperture setting is under perfect condition;
* Please Check whether you have taken the lens cover off.
2. Image’s too dark?
* Perhaps the illumination is not sufficient, if so, please turn on the assistant lamp;
* Perhaps the luminance is set to be too small, if so, please modulate the luminance.
3. The remote control is out of control?
* Please confirm that there is no impediment between the remote contron and the equipment;
* Please confirm that the distance between the remote contron and the equipment
is within 500cm;
* Please Check if the batteries of the remote control are power off or installed correctly.
4. The image’s not clear?
* Perhaps the object is too near, if so, please make sure the distance between the object and the lens is over 10mm;
* Perhaps the object is too bright or in bright surface, if so, please modulate light outside;
* Please Check whether the lens is dirty, if so, please clean the lens or put the object nearer to the lens.
5. With noise on the image?
* The operation condition is too dark, or the noise wave appears, please turn the assistant lamp on.
6. The key-press on the control panel dose not work?
* The equipment may dose not work if you press two keys simultaneously or press one key too quickly, if so, please press one key at a time, and wait for a while before next pressing.
7. The microchone has no invoice?
* Please Check if the audio wire is connected correctly;
* Please Check if the microchone works well;
* Please confirm you did not turn to the lowest volume. |
